Description

This is a barn located 12 meters to the northeast of How Green Farm, dating from the late 16th century or early 17th century, with a roof added in the 19th century. The barn features a timber frame that is dark weatherboarded and has a pitched roof that was originally thatched but is now covered with corrugated iron. It is a long, three-bay structure facing west, with jowled posts and long curved braces supporting cambered tie beams. There are double doors that are off-center to the north. The barn is included for its group value with the farmhouse.
