Description
Nos. 107-113 on Watton Road is a terrace of four houses built around 1830. The front wall is constructed with Hitch patent bricks up to just below the first floor sill level, while ordinary bricks are used above to the eaves level. The houses feature a low-pitched pantiled roof with a moulded brick cornice. They are two storeys high and have four flush casement windows with glazing bars. The ground floor has cambered window and door surrounds, which are detailed with outer bands of narrow bricks and inner bands of alternating plain and panelled bricks. Additionally, there are two cylindrical chimney stacks with base cap bands.
