Description
Nos. 125-131 on High Street is a terrace of four houses built in the late 18th century or early 19th century, with some later alterations. The houses are primarily constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and feature a plain tile roof with painted brick dentilled eaves. There are moulded brick stacks at both ends and two along the ridge, positioned at the ends of the inner-terrace houses.
The terrace is two storeys high and has a four-window range, with one window for each house, and paired rear wings that are gabled. The windows are horned 6/6 sashes, which have painted channelled voussoirs, keystones, and sills. The front features four 20th-century part-glazed doors topped with leaded hoods. The design of the terrace is symmetrical, with paired doors at the center and the windows of each house set to the side of the door. The interior has not been inspected.
