Outbuilding probably built as stable and coachhouse, now tack room and garage. Late C19. White painted weatherboarding above red brick ground floor. Steep old red tile roofs hipped at N and W. Glazed canopy outside garage. 1½-storeys main part lying N-S with single-storey garage extending to W flush with N end and facing S onto yard in the angle. External stair to access in S gable with recessed entry on ground floor in SW angle. 2 pairs of doube doors to garage. E side has 2 flush casement windows, a 2-lights dormer on the LH and a rooflight.
