Description

This is a barn and north stable attached, located at Deas Farm, dating from the early 18th century. The structure features timber frames set on low brick sills, with dark weatherboarding and steep old red tile roofs. The barn has four bays and is unaisled, facing east, with a lower four-bay stable attached. It has unjowled posts and a clasped-purlin roof construction, which includes inclined queen-strut and collar trusses. This building is included for its group value.
