Description

No. 46 High Street is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of grey gault brick and features a slated roof with boarded eaves supported by paired brackets. The building is two stories tall and three windows wide, facing east. The sash windows are slightly recessed within moulded frames, each with 8/8 panes and flat gauged arches above. There is a projecting plinth and three steps leading up to a central door, which is recessed under a round arch. The door is panelled and set within a panelled doorcase, topped with a painted tympanum.
