Description

This is an 18th or early 19th century granary located at Mill Farm, next to the east gate of the courtyard. Constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, it is a large, square building of two storeys, facing west. It has a truncated, steep pyramid slate roof with a square, weatherboarded cupola topped with a pitched slate roof and a wind vane. A slate clock face from Coles Park is set into the west side of the cupola. Each level features a boarded door within a heavy frame, centrally located, flanked by a small four-paned flush window on each side of both floors.
