Description

29 Hockerill Street is a late 18th-century building constructed of red brick with an old red tile mansard roof. It stands two and a half storeys tall and has a symmetrical façade. The central entrance features an 'Adam' type doorcase, which is reached by a flight of four steps with iron railings. On either side of the entrance are late 19th-century square projecting sash window bays. Above the ground floor, there is a band, followed by three sash windows on the first floor. The building is topped with a modillioned cornice, a cemented parapet, and two flat-top dormers.
