Description
The boundary wall at Yewtree Farm dates from the mid to late 19th century and is constructed of flint, red brick, and yellow stock brick. It is located at the front of Yewtree Farm and features an arched gateway with a moulded brick surround and a stilted, pointed arch. Within the arch is a terra-cotta inscription reading 'WTS 1697', which matches the date found on the dormer of the farmhouse. The wall has a rounded corner that includes a cross made of painted red brick, and there is a large puddingstone at the base. The wall continues as a lower, older section for 100 meters to the end of the property to the north, featuring battered flint but maintaining the same coping.
