Description
Littlestone is a house dating to the 16th and 17th centuries, located on the east side of Widford Road in Much Hadham. It is a timber-frame structure with a roughcast exterior and a tiled roof. The house is single-storied with three gabled dormers facing the street. Modern casement windows are present throughout. An original red brick stack is situated towards the north end. The south end features a 17th-century, two-light, part-leaded casement window within a gable, along with an 18th or 19th-century, ground-floor twin casement window. The interior retains exposed, chamfered beams. The building is included on the list for its group value.
