Description
Falcon House is a house that dates from the 17th century or earlier. It has a timber frame that is roughcast and features steep old red tile roofs. The house is two stories tall and has a cellar, designed in a T-shape and facing north. The main range includes a lower gabled crosswing on the left, with a door located in the angle, and a wide one-storey lean-to at the right end that encloses a large external gable chimney. The main range has two 3-light casement windows on the first floor and one on the ground floor. The crosswing has a similar window on each floor, with a dripboard across the gable above. The house also features a simple chamfered bargeboard. Falcon House was formerly known as the Falcon Inn.
