Description

Lordship Cottage is a house that dates from the 17th century or earlier. It features a timber frame construction, with plastering over a brick base. The gable end faces the road, and it has a steep roof covered with old tiles, along with three gabled dormers. The building is 1.5 storeys high and has a tall 17th-century chimneystack positioned towards the road, which has diagonal shafts set on a square base. On the ground floor, there are three-light, mullioned, leaded casements, and the dormers have twin leaded casements.
