House. Circa 1830-40, minor alterations. Stuccoed brick with hipped slate roof. An L-plan 2-storeys and cellar house facing S with rear kitchen wing at NE. An interesting plan concieved economically as 3/4 of a double-pile plan house with chimneys on the mid-wall and stair central in the rear range. Drawing room on left, dining room on right adjacent to kitchen. Narrow rear scullery. Symmetrical 3 window S front with plinth, floor band and projecting eaves. Recessed sash windows with 6/6 panes. Monumental stucco door surround up 3 moulded steps, with keystone and impost blocks and wide moulded cornice. 6 panel door with segmental arched fanlight with circle-and-arrow tracery. Period interior with 6-panel moulded doors, reeded architraves with corner blocks and paterae, and reeded marble fire surrounds with bossed corner blocks and reeded shelf.
