GV II House and shop. C18 or early C19, extended 1982. Tall, two storeys, one window, timber framed and plastered building on roadside facing east with two steps up to door. Black painted plinth and panelled pargetting. Gabled low pitched slate roof parallel with road. Internal south gable chimney. Symmetrical front with early C19 double shop window with central flush panelled half-glazed door, rebated for shutter. Small moulded fascia. Single flush box sash window on first floor with eight/eight panes. High plinth plastered with panelled fan pargetting (renewed). Two storeys matching north extension (1982) slightly recessed with one window on each floor, hipped slate roof and modern panelled pargetting. Shop front on north return copies original.
