WIGGINTON ROSSWAY Pigeon House within walled garden at Rossway Home Farm (formerly listed as Pigeon House in S yard at Rossway Home Farm)

Pigeon House. Early C19, rebuilt and relocated in 1994-5. Timber-framed structure, set upon a C20 brick plinth, and clad with white weatherboarding with roll-moulded lower board edges. Hipped slate roof topped by large square weatherboarded cupola with pyramidal slate roof and large bulbous finial. Tall, 2-store:red building, square on plan. The cupola has 2 shelves with pigeon holes between. Door with fanlight to upper part. The structure formerly stood in the south yard to, Rossway Home Farm facing the east entrance, and was re-erected and repaired on its' present site in 1994-5.
