Description

This 18th-century granary is a timber-framed structure clad in dark weatherboarding. It is raised on six pairs of three dressed stone staddles and has a steeply pitched roof covered with old red tiles. The granary is a small, single-story, rectangular building with corn bins and a door centrally positioned on the west side. It is believed to have been relocated from closer to The Green as part of a reorganization of the farmstead by the Rothschild Estate in the early 20th century.
