Barn, now commercial premises. C17. Timber frame on red brick sill in English-bond, dark weatherboarded, with steep old red tile roofs. A tall, 5-bays, barn facing W, with central gabled projecting W porch, and opposed doorway to rear courtyard now with sliding doors. Jowled posts, mid-bay unjowled posts, mid-height rail jointed in-line, curved braces to tie-beams, clasped-purlin roof with one purlin to each slope, straight wind-braces, and inclined straight queen-post trusses.
