Description
Cheshunt Park Golf Club House, formerly known as Nos 1 and 2 Elm Farm Cottages, is likely from the early 17th century. It features a timber frame construction with two gable ends on the west side and is cement rendered. The building has an old tile roof and three cemented old chimney stacks. The south-facing entrance elevation has three windows and includes a 19th-century door with a cut bracketed hood. Inside, there is a substantial exposed timber frame throughout both the front and back ranges, with the front range showcasing red brick corner chimney pieces.
