Description
Garnetts is a house that dates back to the 16th century or earlier, with later additions and alterations. It has two storeys and attics, topped by a red plain tile roof. The structure is timber framed and plastered. The front features jetties at two levels, with a jettied porch at the centre. To the right, there is a single-storey gabled wing, and to the left, a small outshot. The house has some 17th-century metal casements, typically arranged in a three-window range with square leaded lights. There is a six-panel door and two central attached square red brick chimney stacks, along with external red brick chimney stacks on both the left and right sides. All jetties are supported by arched braces.
