Cottage. C17. Timber-framed, weatherboarded with render above. Asbestos half- hipped roof. One storey and attic. Three-bay lobby-entry plan. C19 vertically boarded door. Three 3-light casements. Half-hipped roof, one raking dormer to front with 3-light. At rear one small 3-light casement on left casement to each end wall. Interior: - Jowled posts, one-arch brace visible. Down braces. Many wall studs some later replacements. Large stepped stack with inglenook, vaulted bread oven and copper to rear. Chamfered spine beam.
