Description
Broomfield Cottage is a 17th-century cottage located in Frensham. It features a timber-framed structure with exposed framing and whitewashed roughcast infill, topped with a plain tiled, half-hipped roof. The cottage consists of two framed bays and stands two storeys high, with a narrow extension on the left end and a pentice roof extension on the right. There is an end chimney on the left, which is offset, and a front stack to the right of the centre. The cottage has two 2-light windows on the first floor and two 3-light windows on the ground floor. A half-glazed door is situated in the centre, sheltered by a large weatherboarded and gabled open porch.
