Description
Brook Farm House is a house dating from the 16th century or earlier, with later alterations. It is a two-storey structure that is timber framed and plastered, featuring a gabled crosswing and an extension at the rear. The roof is covered with plain red tiles. The house has three ranges of 19th-century casement windows with transoms, and a 17th-century window is located at the rear. There is a panelled door with two lights and an ornate 19th-century porch. Notable features include an original 16th-century concertina red brick chimney stack and an external red brick chimney stack.
