Description
Great Malgraves is a house that dates from the 16th century or earlier, with alterations and extensions made in the 17th century. It features a timber-framed and plastered structure topped with a red plain tile roof. The building has two storeys and includes crosswings at both the north and south ends, each with hipped roofs. The façade has a range of four windows, which include leaded casements, three of which are 17th-century, 3-light casements. There is a 19th-century doorway with a simple flat hood. A late 16th-century red brick chimney stack with four diagonal shafts is also present, along with a 17th-century rear wing at the north end.
