Description

Tanners Farmhouse is a 16th-century house featuring a hall and crosswing, with various additions and alterations. The structure is timber framed, with sections that are plastered and others that are weatherboarded. It has a red plain tile roof, which includes a gabled crosswing that extends down to the first floor over the hall and an outshot to the right. The building has two storeys and displays various 20th-century casement windows. There is a board door leading into the crosswing, accompanied by a red tiled porch. A red brick chimney stack, likely from the 17th century, is located to the right. The crosswing also features a jettied section at the rear.
