Steps leading up to the peripheral ha-ha bank of the garden on the central axis of Audley End House. These steps date from the late 18th century and are made of stone. They are 3.25 meters wide and consist of 11 steps, arranged in two groups of 6 and 5, with a wider landing in between. The steps have simple side walls with coping and feature two terracotta lions at the top, one on each side, positioned on dwarf piers.
