Description

This cottage, located at the corner of Glebe Lane, dates back to the 16th century or earlier. It features a timber-framed and plastered structure with a thatched hipped and half hipped roof. The building is one storey high with attics and has a five-window range of 20th-century casements. There are two eyebrow dormers, which contain 17th-century casements with pediment heads. The cottage also has both original and 20th-century red brick chimney stacks, and some of the timber frame is exposed internally.
