Description

Chapmans is a house dating from the late 16th century or early 17th century. It has a timber frame and is plastered, topped with a red plain tile gambrel roof. The building is one storey high with attics and features an L-shaped plan, along with a later extension at the rear. The front has four windows, which are 20th-century leaded casements, and there are four catslide dormers. Inside, the original framing is still visible.
