Description

The garden ornament located 35 metres south of Lea Hall is a Grade II listed structure. It consists of a limestone spire and a possible stair-tower, featuring a shouldered arch and exhibiting a general Perpendicular architectural style. This ornament likely belonged to Colonel Lambert White's collection of garden items at his residence, Lambert House in Hedon, East Yorkshire, during the late 19th century. In 1931, one of his sons relocated it to its current position.
