Description

This barn, located approximately 20 metres west of High Trees Farmhouse, dates back to around 1600. It features a timber frame with plastering and is roofed with corrugated asbestos. The structure consists of four bays and a midstrey. Originally, it had an aisle on the northeast side only, but this has now been infilled below the arcade plate. The barn includes jowled posts and cambered tiebeams. The interior was bricked up to the level of the girts around 1980.
