Description

High Trees Farmhouse is a lobby-entrance house dating from around 1600. It is timber framed, plastered, and has a tiled roof. The building consists of four bays, including a chimney bay with a lobby entrance. It has two storeys and features a three-window range with 20th-century tripartite sash windows. A six-panel door is located in front of a gabled porch, which is from the 19th or 20th century. Inside, there is a clasped purlin roof and stop-chamfered beams above both the ground and first floors.
