Description

The stables, dating to the 18th and 19th centuries, are located approximately 30 metres west of the Old Rectory. They are timber-framed and have plastered walls, covered by a hipped roof of grey slate. The front of the building features a garage door to the left and, to the right, a vertically boarded door with beaded edging, a moulded surround, and a light window above. Small, vertically sliding sash windows, also with moulded surrounds, are positioned to either side of this door. Internally, original stalls and doors are present, featuring vertically boarded lower panels and iron rod upper panels. Moulded cast iron gutters and pipes lean against the exterior wall.
