Description
Appletrees is a cottage dating from the 18th century, with later alterations and a 19th-century extension on the left. It features a timber frame and plastered exterior, with some areas of plastered brick. The cottage has a thatched roof adorned with two four-light dormer windows. There is a central red brick chimney stack on the main range and another red brick chimney stack on the left range. The building is one storey high with attics and includes four two-light windows with pointed Gothic heads, all of which are diamond leaded casements with transoms. Additionally, there is a single two-light small paned casement on the left range. A boarded door is located to the left of the main range, topped with a pentice board.
