Description

Catterills is a house dating from the early 17th century. It is timber framed and plastered, featuring a half hipped plain tile roof. The building has one storey and attics, with three gabled dormers on the front roof slope and an off-centre ridge line stack that creates a baffle entry. The windows are 20th-century casements with small panes. There is a front extension that is one storey high, with a lean-to plain tile roof and substantial glazing, serving as a porch. At the rear, there are 20th-century extensions, one of which has a flat roof at the west end.
