Description

Mill House is a house with 18th century features, possibly of earlier origin, located on Mill Lane in Bradfield. The house has undergone later alterations and additions. It features a red brick front with plastered and weatherboarded returns, topped by a red plain tiled roof. A central red brick chimney stack is present, along with a dentilled eaves cornice and a central band. The façade includes a range of five small paned casement windows with mullions and transoms, set beneath segmental arches. The central entrance is marked by a six-panelled door, which has reveals, capitals, and bases to moulded pilasters, and is topped by a dentilled canopy.
