Description

Maltings Cottage is an 18th or 19th century cottage constructed of red brick with a red plain tiled roof. It has a right-hand brick chimney stack. The cottage is one storey high with attics, featuring a gabled dormer window with two small, vertically sliding sash windows set within plastered gauged arches. A 20th-century red tiled porch and door have been added to the rear right side. The cottage is attached to the right of a fine 18th-century house, and the two buildings form an important group.
