GV II

House. Late C18 origin, mainly early C19, extended 1985. Red brick in Flemish bond, mainly plastered at time of re-survey, August 1985, roofed with slate. Approximately square plan facing NW, including 1985 additions, with C19 porch to left. 2 storeys. Ground floor, 4 C20 casements (including 2 in Gothick style with 2-centred heads) and one early C19 fixed light with 2-centred head and Gothick tracery. First floor, 2 C20 casements. Double doors in central doorway with 2-centred head, late C19. 3 gables of shallow pitch. The left return has similar double doors at the front of a large late C19 gabled porch, with a Gothick window with 2-centred head to the rear, and C20 casements. Alterations in progress at time of survey, under consents TEN/442/83, LB/TEN/23/83 and LB/TEN/10/84.
