Description

This headstone, located approximately 33 metres south of the south door of the Church of St. Mary the Virgin, St. Thomas and All Saints, dates back to 1769. Made of stone, it commemorates Mary Thornbarrow and features scrolled sides and a curved head. The design includes a central cherub head, with an hourglass on the left and a scythe on the right.
