Description

Blackbirds is a house dating from the 18th to 19th century. It is timber framed and weatherboarded, featuring a double range roof covered with red plain tiles. The front range has red brick chimney stacks on both the right and left sides, with an additional stack at the rear. The building has two storeys and a two-window range of small paned casements that include mullions and transoms, with pentice boards above them. The central entrance is a boarded door with two lights, flanked by moulded pilasters and topped with a moulded pediment. At the rear, there is a Gothic window.
