Description

St John's Cottage is a building dating from around 1850. It is a long, two-storey structure with a full-length lean-to at the rear. The roof is ridged and gabled, covered with pantiles, and there is one red brick chimney located at the south gable. The front elevation features six sets of three casement windows on the first storey and a matching range of five on the ground storey, with the front door positioned in the third bay. The elevation is rendered, with exposed storey posts indicating six bays, and black weatherboards extending up to the sill height.
