Perry Hill Farmhouse is a house dating from the 16th century, constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior, topped with a red plain tile roof. The building has two storeys and an L-shaped plan. It was formerly jettied but is now underbuilt. The windows are varied 20th-century leaded casements, and there is a red brick chimney stack. Inside, the original frame of the house remains intact.
