Description

Cutlands is a house dating from around 1600, constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior, although some of the frame is exposed on the outside. The building features part weatherboarding and has a red plain tile roof. It is two storeys high and includes a cellar. The house has a three-window range with 19th and 20th century casements, and the first-floor windows are leaded. There is a 20th century gabled central porch and an original red brick chimney stack that has four diagonal shafts.
