Description

Ninnings is a 15th-century open hall house featuring crosswings. It is constructed with timber framing, part weather-boarded and part plastered, topped with a red plain tile roof. The house has two storeys and includes gabled crosswings that were formerly jettied. The window arrangement consists of one, two, and one, with 20th-century leaded casements. There is also one gabled dormer. At the southeast end, there is a 20th-century extension that is jettied on two posts. A 16th-century red brick concertina chimney stack is present. Inside, the timber frame is still visible, and there is 17th-century panelling that is not in its original location.
