Description

This is a cast iron pump located approximately 5 metres southeast of Hogg's Farmhouse, dating from the late 19th century. It features a plain cap and a finial designed in the shape of a thistle. The maker's name, 'F. Watson, Bp. Stortford', is inscribed on the upper barrel, and the handle ends in a knob.
