GV II

Outbuilding C19 red brick built with bull nose red tiles. Single storey moulded brick eaves and gable with a dentilled band and a floral band. Rusticated quoins. Road frontage, 5 window range, vertical sliding sashes with moulded keystones to gauged arches and chamfered and moulded surrunds. South face, 4 window range, 1 double and 1 single panelled doors in moulded surrounds. Above the doors are moulded brick panels, one a Swag the other a Clover leaf motif. Red brick chimney stack with pilaster strips.
