Description
The outbuilding, dating from the 19th century, is constructed of red brick and features bull-nose red tiles. It is a single-storey structure with moulded brick eaves and gables, adorned with a dentilled band and a floral band. The corners are accentuated with rusticated quoins. The road-facing side has a five-window range, with vertical sliding sashes that include moulded keystones above gauged arches and chamfered and moulded surrounds. On the south face, there is a four-window range, along with one double and one single panelled door, both set in moulded surrounds. Above these doors are moulded brick panels, one featuring a swag and the other a clover leaf motif. The building is topped with a red brick chimney stack that has pilaster strips.
