Description
The outbuildings to the rear of Number 38 The Saracen's Head Public House date from the 18th century. They are constructed of red brick and feature an old tile roof with two hipped dormers and a moulded brick cornice. The buildings are two storeys high with an attic, and the first floor has three 3-light casement windows with segmental arches. The ground floor includes a half-glazed door with a plain hood and two 3-light casements on either side, also with segmental arches. There is a carriageway on the left side, and a lower wing made of red brick with an old tile roof, which is two storeys tall and has one 3-light casement window on each floor, with the ground floor window having a segmental arch. Additionally, there is an attached range of outbuildings that are one storey high, featuring tiled and slate roofs, which surround a small courtyard at the rear.
