Description
31 Whielden Street is a building dating from the late 16th century or early 17th century that has been altered over time. It features a timber frame with modern brick infill and an old tile roof. The structure has two gabled eaves dormers and half-timbered gables, and it is one storey high with an attic. The entrance includes a plain door with a small bracketed hood. To the left, there is a 3-light leaded casement window, and to the right, a 4-light wood casement window. The north gable wall is constructed of timber framing and brick. This building is part of the hall range of the house, with the crosswing now known as No 33.
