Description

Broomhouse, located to the north of The Hall, is a 15th-century H-plan house. It features a timber-framed and plastered structure with ridged and gabled roofs covered in peg tiles. The house has a large central chimney made of red brick. There is a recent cross-wing on the left side, which includes casements on both storeys. The hall range has additional casements and a plain front door. The right cross-wing is jettied and unusually wide, also featuring casements on both storeys, with the knees beneath the jetty exposed.
