Description

Pond Villa is a cottage dating from around 1700. It is timber-framed and covered in white weatherboarding, featuring a ridged and hipped roof that is peg-tiled. The cottage has two red brick chimneys located on the ridge and evenly spaced. There is a gabled dormer on the south hip, and the windows are wooden casements.
