Description

Bushes Cottage is an 18th-century house located in Layer Breton, on the west side of the Heath. The construction is a mix of brick and timber framing, with the south gable being plastered and covered in black weatherboarding. The roof is tiled with red clay pantiles. The building has a rectangular plan and consists of a single storey with attics. It has two windows on its front elevation, featuring 18th-century casement windows. An 18th-century end chimney stack is also present.
