Description

Christmas Cottage, formerly known as No 1 Blyths Lane, is a 18th-century timber-framed building located on Blyths Lane in Wivenhoe. It stands two storeys high and features black weatherboards with a ridged, gabled roof covered in peg tiles. The cottage has a central, truncated red brick chimney stack. On the first storey, there are two small-parted sash windows, and on the ground floor, there are two plain doors, each accompanied by matching sash windows to their right.
